Epic Camps are designed for children aged 3 to 13. Children are grouped by age to ensure tailored, age-appropriate fun.

Who can attend?

How long is a camp day?

How do I book a place?

Are staff qualified?
Absolutely. All team members are DBS-checked, trained, and experienced in working with children. We always have a Paediatric First Aid qualified staff member onsite.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the camp start date
A full refund will be issued in the form of credit, which can be used towards a future camp date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date
No refund or credit will be given. Exceptions may be made subject to availability and at the discretion of the camp organisers.
What is your late pick-up policy?
Pick-up after 17:30 incurs a fee of £7.50 per 15 minutes.
What safety measures are in place?
All venues are risk-assessed, and staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding. We maintain strict supervision and safety protocols at all times.

Yes we do. We are setup with a few providers, if you cant find our services on your provider, please email us and we can get setup easily.

What’s the difference between Rugby Minis and Epic Camps?
Rugby Minis Camps are themed around our structured rugby-based activities and are popular with younger children.
Epic Camps include a wider range of sports and creative activities, ideal for older children or those wanting more variety.
Both camps are designed for children aged 3–13 and can easily accommodate siblings!

How do I Pay with Childcare Vouchers?
Select “Manual Payment / Pay Offline” at checkout, then make your payment to Epic Camps Ltd (Ofsted URN: 2862684).

We’re registered with Tax-Free Childcare, Fideliti, Computershare, Kiddie Vouchers, and Pluxee.
If you can’t find us on your provider’s portal, email us and we’ll add the scheme.

Bookings aren’t confirmed until we receive your email.
If we don’t receive confirmation 24 hours before camp, the booking will be cancelled.
