Our school holiday activities Newcastle timetable is designed to help working families with flexible care and fun-packed days
Come Together
08:00-10:00
The day begins with our wrap-around program, where children can enjoy supervised free play, engage in arts, crafts & games, and make new friends. It’s a relaxed start to the day, setting the tone for fun ahead!
Unleash the Fun
10:00-15:00
From 10:00 to 15:00, we dive into a variety of structured activities! Campers will play a variety of sports, engage in EPIC games & tournaments and partake in arts and crafts. We also have a sports only option for those sports mad kids! Our school holiday activities Newcastle are truly EPIC!
Refuel
12:00-13:00
Around midday, we take a break for lunch. It’s a great time for campers to refuel and share stories about their favourite activities. All our of coaches sit down with the children to enjoy lunch together- We LOVE Teamwork. After lunch is eaten children can enjoy some more supervised free play.
Re-energise
10:45 & 13:45
We know how important snacks are to children (they are to us too) ! We have two snack breaks per day to keep everyone energized and ready for more fun.
Chill
15:00-17:30
As the day winds down, our afternoon wrap-around program runs from 15:00 to 17:30. Children can relax with some drawing, or enjoy some playtime before heading home. *We have a no screen policy in our camps- It's amazing to see the creativity when children are allowed to play*

Welcome to our daily themed crafts and activities! Each day, we explore a new theme, from the vibrant colors of Autumn to the festive spirit of Christmas. Join us for fun team-building exercises and exciting missions that bring everyone together.
