Course Description (school-ready + parent-friendly): Epic Sports at NHSG is a high-energy, skills-packed multisport club running every Tuesday from 8:00–8:30am. Each week, children rotate through exciting sports including Netball, Rounders, Rugby, Benchball and Dodgeball, developing fundamental movement skills, teamwork, confidence and game understanding. Delivered in a fun, supportive environment, this short and dynamic morning session is designed to energise children for the school day, build their sporting ability and give them a brilliant head start before the first lesson even begins. Perfect for all abilities – from keen players to complete beginners – Epic Sports brings variety, challenge and tons of enjoyment to every Tuesday morning at NHSG.
