Every Saturday, drop your child off for up to 3 hours of non-stop fun, sports, and creativity.

Our highly-trained, DBS-checked staff will lead your little one through a mix of exciting sports, crafts, and games — just like the Epic Camps experience, but in a mini format.

With a simple monthly direct debit sign-up or pay per session, you can rest easy knowing your child is safe, entertained, and making memories while you enjoy your weekend. Whether it's shopping, working out, or just taking a break, Epic Mini-Camps lets you do it all, knowing your child is in great hands.

A quick snack break to recharge and keep everyone energized for the next round of fun!

Back to more exciting activities, with games, crafts, and sports! The fun continues with even more creative challenges and team-based games.

Chill

11:45-12:00

We wrap up the morning with some chill time and light play, allowing campers to unwind before they head home.

Epic Mini Camps - Saturday Morning Fun for Kids (Ages 3-7)

1. What are Epic Mini Camps?
Epic Mini Camps are 3-hour Saturday morning programs for kids aged 3-7, offering fun sports, crafts, and games. It’s the perfect opportunity for parents to drop off their children for a few hours of action-packed fun while they enjoy their Saturday morning!

2. What ages do you cater to?
Our Epic Mini Camps are designed for children aged 3-7 years old.

3. Who can attend?
Any child aged 3-7 is welcome to attend, whether they go to school locally or not!

4. Pricing

Direct Debit: £36 per month (for ongoing weekly attendance)
One-off Payment (Pay As You Go): £15 per session
5. What activities do you offer?
Children will enjoy a variety of activities, including:

Fun sports like football and mini rugby
Creative arts & crafts
Exciting games and team challenges
Each session is designed to be fun, engaging, and suitable for young children, helping them develop new skills while having a great time!

6. Do you provide food and drinks?
Children should bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during activities. We recommend a small snack if your child will need one during the break.

8. What is the schedule?

Drop-off: 09:00
Activities: 09:00-12:00 (Structured activities, sports, games, and crafts)
Pick-up: 12:00
9. How do I book a place?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our website to choose the date(s) you want and complete your booking. You can book for one Saturday session or multiple sessions.

10. Are the staff qualified?
Yes, all our staff are fully trained, DBS-checked, and experienced in working with young children. We also have staff trained in Paediatric First Aid at all times.

11. Can my child attend for just one Saturday?
Yes! Our program is designed to be flexible, so your child can attend any Saturday that works for you.

12. What should my child wear and bring?
Please send your child in comfortable clothing suitable for sports and outdoor activities. They’ll also need a water bottle, and if desired, a small snack for during the break.

13. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the session will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations after this period are non-refundable.

14. What is your late pick-up policy?
A late fee of £7.50 per 15 minutes applies for pick-ups after 12:00.

15. What safety measures are in place?
Safety is our priority! All venues are risk-assessed, and our staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding. Children are supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

16. Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes!

18. Do you run during the school holidays?
No, our Epic Mini Camps run only during school term times and not during the school holidays.
